Spiritual Lineage

I am grateful to have 2 spiritual lineage connections.

This person is connected to the Chisti sufi lineage by taking bayat with Saadi Neil Douglas-Klotz.

This person is connected to the Tibetan Bhuddist Kagyu tradition by having taken initiations and empowerements with Akong Rinpoche and Tai Situpa and other rinpoches in that lineage.

These connections with teachers- and their teachers, their teachers etc alongside the spiritual teachings/practises given by these teachers and added to the lineage blessings-  offer a useful antidote to the hubris of 'spiritual humanism' and the appropriation of eastern teachings in the West. I pray to be able to honour and serve these transmissions for the benefit of all beings.
